Stuff where PLEASANT, hotel was fairly clean, set in quiet area close to Zermatt and the Village. Rooms were bright and had exceptional views. There was a large.

Familiar, reasonably clean place and crowded area. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and also had a sense of humour. It was lovely and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Quick check-in, late check-out.

Hotel was cheap. We appreciated heating, a work desk and a multi-channel TV. It is very well located in Zermatt, but also away from hustle and bustle. Nearby a bus stop.

Wonderful base for exploring Zermatt. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We were offered standard twin room with a heating system, multi-channel TV and a lounge which were very good

We were so close to the matterhorn. We enjoyed location and rooms here. For dinner we chose The North Wall Bar, that was 500 metres from the hotel. And within short walking distance to a train station.

Was all great.
